With more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, including 20+ years in management and executive roles, Adrian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. He has a proven track record of building and coaching IT executives in various countries and have spent over 10 years working in the banking sector, gaining in-depth knowledge of financial institution operations from application development to operations. In addition, he possess solid experience in service delivery reengineering for large corporations and have extensive knowledge in IT governance, particularly in the IT service management area. With experience leading teams in multiple Asian countries, they have successfully delivered a range of large-scale projects, including IT service desk and desk-side support deployment, organization reengineering and transformation, and data center setup and relocation.
