Pinky specializes in learning and development with over 20 years’ experience in wide range of industries covering banking and finance, hospitality, and public services, and has served in multinational companies including J.P. Morgan, Taifook Securities, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Dairy Farm, and Airport Authority.
Throughout her career, Pinky has been focusing on management development and talent management in Hong Kong and Asia. She has extensive experience in partnering with business leaders to drive organizational development initiatives including culture building and qualification framework accreditation. Pinky is proficient in facilitating group activities such as learning programs and focus group meetings. As an organizational psychologist, she is skilled at developing assessment centers and has numerous experiences in conducting talent assessment exercises for large corporations.
Career Coach for Young Adults
Pinky is passionate about promoting a growth mindset and is committed to developing young people’s potential. She offers career coaching services, designs, and delivers career preparation workshops to students in major universities in Hong Kong. She also serves as a learning facilitator and coach in a professional traineeship program, supporting over 60 young graduates to leverage their strengths and transition to work life. In addition, she has been mentoring students in the Chinese University of Hong Kong, empowering them to realize their goals and potentials.
