Donna has over 20 years of HR and Development experience across different industries including Fashion; Perfumes and Cosmetics; Wines & Spirits and Hospitality, etc. Her last position was VP Human Resources of LVMH Fashion Group China with track record in facilitating new business HR set up; company restructuring and cultural transformation; taking lead in contingency actions during pandemic outbreak. A number of projects she had launched such as building up advanced HR digitalization platform; Retail Trainee Program across brands; in-house mentoring program across functions.
Her HR Vision is to create an engaging and learning organization; to groom a forward-thinking team by providing value added service as well as bringing-in the social responsibility and sustainability culture to the business.
She holds various certifications in coaching and mentoring; competency assessments; MBCT for Life; MBSR; NLP; MBTI and enneagram. She is currently taking Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy Teacher Training held by Oxford Mindfulness Centre and The Chinese University of Hong Kong and doing freelance coaching and career consultation to contribute her expertise to the society.
