Meet Joean Wong

Joean Wong is a highly skilled human resources consultant, coach, and trainer with extensive experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. She holds degrees in business administration, human resources management and training and counseling. Joean is dedicated to enhancing organizational effectiveness while fostering individual professional development.

Before becoming a professional consultant, Joean accumulated over 25 years of leadership experience as a senior HR executive across the APAC region. She has a proven track record of collaborating with C-suite leaders on people development and organizational strategy across various industries. Joean has held multiple regional HR leadership roles in large multinational corporations (MNCs) including Otis Elevator, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arthur Andersen, Unisys China Limited, Johnson & Johnson, Swire Pacific (Beverages), and Leighton Asia. In these roles, she developed comprehensive HR strategies to enhance employee experience while driving overall business success.

Joean has successfully managed consultancy projects centered on organizational design and development. She has also designed and facilitated a variety of human resource management, leadership effectiveness, and coaching programs for esteemed institutions and universities, including the Hong Kong Productivity Council, the University of Hong Kong (SPACE) and Hong Kong Metropolitan University (LiPACE).
