Meet Joean Wong

Joean Wong is a human resources consultant, coach, and professional trainer with intensive experience in a diverse array of organizations. She is passionate about helping people to increase their capability in leadership effectiveness, realize their full potential and excel personally in their career.

Before fully engaged in her consultant role, Joean had worked in various human resources head roles in APAC region with over 25 years in large multi-national corporations such as Otis Elevator, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arthur Andersen, Unisys China Limited, Johnsons & Johnsons, Swire Beverages (Coca-Cola) and Leighton Asia. She has obtained breath of expertise across all aspects of human resources functions, with deep specialization in talent development, performance management, leadership coaching, career guidance, staff counselling and graduate mentorship, etc.

With her professionalism and profound knowledge in the industry, Joean has successfully designed, delivered, and facilitated training, coaching, management, and leadership development programs with tertiary education organizations and corporations including Hong Kong Productivity Council, Hong Kong Vocational Training Council, University of Hong Kong (SPACE – Institute for China Business), government departments of Hong Kong, Astella Pharma Hong Kong and The HK and China Gas Company, etc.
